There are certain people and organizations in our county that have it in their DNA to give back to the community.
The Register aspires to be one such company – in the type of content we produce, in community sponsorships, our Team Register volunteer group and our Associate Giving Program. It’s about doing something – be it a small gesture or life-changing initiative – to enrich people’s lives.
To that end, we celebrate National Philanthropy Day today. It’s a day that pays tribute to the unsung heroes in the philanthropic community who dramatically give of their time and money to make a difference for our neighbors in need.
