Orange County’s top givers were honored Tuesday at the 2011 National Philanthropy Day.
National Philanthropy Day Orange County has honored thousands of individuals, businesses and support organizations since its inception in 1986.
John and Elizabeth Stahr, the 2009 Outstanding Lifetime Achievement Honorees, co-chaired the awards luncheon today at the Hyatt Regency in Garden Grove. The nine outstanding honorees received a blown glass heart-shaped piece of art as their award. More than 700 community members came out to applaud the winners.
